Cedar Park Planning and Zoning Commission approves consent agenda; staff reports no near‑term zoning items

The Cedar Park Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved the consent agenda and received a status update from Development Services staff at its Nov. 18, 2025, meeting.

A motion to approve the consent agenda, which staff described as items B1 through B3, was announced as coming from Commissioner Antel and seconded by Commissioner Bradford Brown; the commission carried the motion on a 6–0 roll call. The presiding staff conducted the roll call and recorded each commissioner voting “aye.”

Dustin Henry of the Development Services Department told the commission: “As a matter of fact, in the past 2 council meetings and the upcoming 2 council meetings, we have not had zoning or, planning related issues on the council's agenda.” Henry presented this as an operational update about the council’s near‑term agendas rather than a new policy proposal.

Commissioners had no requests to remove items from the consent agenda for separate consideration, and staff confirmed there were no items to carry forward under agenda headings C1 and D1. The meeting closed with brief closing remarks and holiday greetings from commissioners; the presiding officer then adjourned the session.

The commission did not take other policy actions during the meeting and did not schedule additional hearings on zoning matters at this session.
