The Sage Oak Charter Schools Board of Directors voted Sept. 12, 2024 in Redlands to adopt the district's 2024'2027 Strategic Plan, accept the Unaudited Actuals Financial Report for 2023'2024 and approve a broad consent agenda of contracts and routine items.
The actions came at a regularly scheduled meeting called to order by Board Clerk S. Fraire at 9:01 a.m. Director P. Matz moved to approve the agenda; S. Houle seconded and the board approved the agenda unanimously among members present. The board then recessed into Closed Session under Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1) to confer on existing litigation listed as YL v. The Collaborative Charter Services Organization, et al., and reconvened at 9:24 a.m.; S. Fraire reported no reportable action from that session.
