Todd County signs MnDOT federal-fund exchange agreement, approves Bertha Township bridge replacement

The MnDOT agreement was authorized under cited Minnesota statutes and Title 23 USC 133. The board resolved to appoint the Commissioner of Transportation as the county’s agent to accept federal aid funds and directed county officials to execute the agreement as presented.
The bridge cooperative agreement and the spring-road meeting date (April 2, 2026) were also approved on unanimous motions.
