The board approved several personnel actions on the consent agenda: hiring Joshua Crider to fill a vacant Public Works heavy equipment operator position at Grade F, Step A ($26.36 per hour); approving the hire of Yolanda Jobe as an Eligibility Worker (Grade F/6, Step C, $27.87 per hour; start date TBD); and accepting resignations from Nathan Ruda (seasonal worker, Todd County Solid Waste, effective Aug. 8, 2025) and LeeAnne Louden (effective March 20, 2026).
Licenses and permits approved included a seasonal on-sale and Sunday liquor license for Birchwood Resort in Birchdale Township (22182 Birchwood Loop, Sauk Centre; effective April 15–Oct. 15, 2026), a one-day on-sale temporary liquor license for the Sauk Centre Area Chamber of Commerce for April 25, 2026, and gambling permits for Central Minnesota Whitetails (raffle March 28, 2026 at Clarissa Ballroom, 19281 Kotter Rd), the Sauk Centre Area Chamber of Commerce (raffle April 25, 2026 at the Marthaler shed, 10098 County 11), and the Church of St. Joseph of Grey Eagle (raffle June 12, 2026 at Shattuck’s Hub Supper Club, 30905 County 13, Burtrum).
The board also approved a $9,000 transfer from the General Fund to the Parks and Trails Fund as the 2026 appropriation to the Todd County Parks and Trails Board.
