Councilmember Graeder moved and Councilmember Doss seconded the $73,368 amendment; Councilmember Doss moved and Councilmember Thomas seconded the $73,206 amendment. Both motions were recorded as carried, with Councilmembers Park, Thomas, Doss and Graeder voting in favor.
