Fulton County Commissioners on Dec. 23 approved a 5‑year lease with Elect IT Solutions for office space at 101 Lincoln Way West in McConnellsburg and signed a statement of work for IT staffing and support services.
The motion to execute the lease — $250 per month with no increase, to take effect when the space is available — was made by Commissioner Hervey P. Hann and carried with all in favor. Commissioners also approved SOW # ETM12042025-001 for IT staffing and support services, presented by Rick Grissinger and Nelson Witmer of Elect IT Solutions.
Rick Grissinger submitted a quote for a View Station for the Treasurer's Office. Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve an Amazon quote for the View Station in the amount of $784.22; the motion carried unanimously.
Why it matters: the lease and the staffing SOW consolidate county IT support under a single vendor and relocate Elect IT Solutions staff to local office space, which county officials said will centralize service delivery. The equipment purchase supplies the Treasurer’s Office with a View Station intended to support remote or secure content viewing for office workflows.
Next steps: the lease goes into effect when the vendor’s space becomes available; the SOW and equipment purchases will be implemented by county IT staff in coordination with Elect IT Solutions.
