Planning Commission tables recommendation on Taylorsville Expressway Station Area Plan

Mark McGrath, Long-Range Planner, introduced the item and cited UCA § 10-9a-403.1 as the statutory trigger for the plan. He said the city and consultant team had worked on the plan for more than a year and presented a draft vision for the station areas.
