Fulton County commissioners approve $205,405 in payables, contracts and county business

Fulton County commissioners met Feb. 24, 2026, at the commissioners’ office in McConnellsburg and approved routine business including minutes, invoices and several county agreements.
The board unanimously approved Accounts Payable dated Feb. 24, 2026, totaling $205,405.27. The meeting record lists fund-level allocations including $118,593.19 to the General Fund, $37,673.00 for Medical Assistance Transportation and smaller amounts across several other funds.
Commissioners also approved a Purchase of Service Agreement with Pressley Ridge covering child welfare services, effective Feb. 11, 2026, through June 30, 2026. John Schriever of Sideling Hill Financial provided a portfolio review of two Krivak Trust accounts and reported the accounts had earned $161,000 since he began managing them; the report drew no separate vote.
The board authorized payment of an outstanding NTIA project contribution to Huntingdon County in the amount of $270,000, noting $90,000 had been previously paid. Commissioners approved an invoice from Elect IT Solutions for $10,198 for March 2026 IT staffing and support and approved the third CCAP PComp installment of $5,575 toward a total pledged contribution of $22,300.
Other actions included approving a "Report of County Fee for Local Use Funds" to be submitted to PennDOT and approving a 2026 compensation-plan submission for Services for Children Director Christine McQuade to the state. Elections Director Linda Doyle received approval to distribute a recycling-event flyer for Electronics and Appliances Recycling Days on March 18 (12 p.m.–5 p.m.) and March 21 (9 a.m.–1 p.m.) at 610 East North Street, McConnellsburg.
Several administrative items were tabled: a travel request submitted by Chief Probation Officer Dan Miller was deferred to the March 3 meeting because of a scheduling conflict. The meeting adjourned at 11:15 a.m.
