The Daggett County Municipal Building Authority on Feb. 10, 2026 met in the Daggett County Courthouse and by electronic means and approved minutes and multiple financial items, voting unanimously on each motion.
Board Member Randy Asay moved to approve the meeting minutes (the motion in the record references "February 3, 2025"); Board Member Jack Lytle seconded. The board recorded all three members voting in favor and the motion carried.
The Recorder/Treasurer’s Office provided the MBA Cash Summary and MBA Accounts Receivable Report dated Feb. 6, 2026. Jack Lytle moved to acknowledge receipt of those reports; Randy Asay seconded and the motion carried on a unanimous vote.
The Auditor’s Office presented the MBA Open Invoice Register dated Feb. 5, 2026. Lytle moved to approve payment of $129.27 for the county; Asay seconded and the recorded vote was unanimous.
The board also acknowledged the MBA Disbursement Summary covering Jan. 1 through Feb. 5, 2026, showing disbursements totaling $61,599.00. Lytle moved to acknowledge receipt; Asay seconded and the motion carried. The board noted a construction meeting for the new Health & Business Clinic scheduled for Thursday at 10:00 a.m.
With no further business, Board Member Matt Tippets adjourned the meeting at 9:43 a.m.
