Moody Council recognizes youth cheer and football champions; congressional candidate did not appear

The minutes also list an expected appearance by Bryan Newell, identified as running for Congress in Alabama’s 3rd District, as a no-show. The record does not include any statement from Newell or further comment from council members about the absence.
