The Lemon Grove School District Governing Board unanimously approved four action items at its Jan. 27 special meeting.
The board voted to authorize the facilities planning project for transitional kindergarten. The motion was made by Timothy Shaw and seconded by Cheryl Robertson; the motion carried with votes recorded in favor from Dr. Javier Ayala, Yajaira Preciado, Cheryl Robertson, Timothy Shaw and Greg Shibley.
The board approved the bond strategy presentation presented by Dale Scott. The motion was made by Greg Shibley and seconded by Yajaira Preciado; the motion carried unanimously.
The board approved the School Accountability Report Cards (SARC). The motion was made by Cheryl Robertson and seconded by Dr. Javier Ayala; the motion carried unanimously.
The board approved the Classified Management Salary Schedule. The motion was made by Greg Shibley and seconded by Timothy Shaw; the motion carried unanimously.
All recorded votes for these items were yes from the five board members listed on the agenda. The board approved the meeting agenda earlier in the session and adjourned the special meeting at 9:34 p.m.
