Hovis recommended council approve the purchase, adopt the related budget ordinance amendment, and authorize the City Manager to sign any documents necessary to close the sale.
Council approved the purchase and the associated budget ordinance amendment by unanimous vote. Documents and the adopted ordinance are on file with the City Clerk.
