Covington commissioners approve ordinance vacating rights-of-way at former Duro Bag site

The Covington Board of Commissioners unanimously approved Commissioners’ Ordinance No. O-02-2026 during its March 3, 2026 meeting, vacating public rights-of-way on former 13th Street and former 14th Street and land adjacent to Neave Street within the former Duro Bag property site.
