Commissioner Randy H. Bunch (Chairman) moved to approve the Commissioners' Minutes and Salary Board Minutes for Jan. 13, 2026; both motions passed "all in favor." Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve accounts payable dated Jan. 20, 2026, in the amount of $159,968.15 and later moved to approve payroll dated Jan. 23, 2026, in the amount of $126,747.73; both motions were recorded as unanimous.
The meeting record lists the accounts payable fund breakdown as: Fund 100 General Fund $140,001.80; Fund 201 Liquid Fuels $7,356.00; Fund 227 SFC Technology Grant $183.59; Fund 235 Law Library $264.02; Fund 238 911 $392.50; Fund 240 Hazmat $46.04; Fund 256 Domestic Relations $23.45; Fund 300 Capital Projects $2,291.00; Fund 400 Debt Service $6,594.03; Fund 801 Pass thru Funds $2,815.72 (TOTAL ALL FUNDS $159,968.15).

The board also approved the CCAP PComp second installment invoice in the amount of $5,575.00 (part of a total contribution of $22,300.00).
Services for Children Director Christine McQuade briefed commissioners on a potential hire for a Caseworker II position and said she will obtain quotes for a printer and projector.
