Council reappoints two planning commissioners, posts open seat after member relocation

Councilmember Joe Frazier moved to reappoint Jan Manning and Cliff Goldthorpe; Councilmember Tom Smart seconded. The council voted unanimously to reappoint both commissioners and directed staff to post the open position once the application period is prepared.
No other changes to the Planning Commission were approved at the meeting; the open seat will be advertised in the next few days.
