Seward County commissioners approve claims, lease for crack-seal kettle and back Utica water funding

Commissioners also approved signing a Letter of Support for the Village of Utica’s FY2027 Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS) request for federal drinking-water project funding (motion: Hain; second: Zabrocki). The motion carried with five affirmative votes.
