Mayor Joe Lee opened a public hearing at 6:06 p.m. on Feb. 13 to consider a request from Graham and Company, LLC to rezone about 20 acres identified as St. Clair Tax ID# 24-09-31-0-001-004.000 (Parcel One in the submitted Exhibit A) from AG-1 (Agricultural) to B-5 (Commercial Industrial Park).
Mike Graham reviewed the project during the hearing. The minutes record that the council took public comment and that the council will formally consider the rezoning request at its regular meeting on March 13, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in Moody City Hall. The public hearing was closed at 6:08 p.m. and the item was recorded as a first reading.
