Jensen recommended removing the first 25 MPH sign so that the posted limit would remain 45 MPH until Sutliff Avenue. Members discussed who had installed the signs and whether the county had the authority to remove or re‑post signing; no formal enforcement action or binding direction was recorded in the meeting minutes.
