On a motion by Vice Mayor Wendy Escoffier, seconded by Councilor Robert Foreman, the Council approved the resolution by a 7-0 roll-call vote. Mayor Moore and all seven council members voted in favor.
The plan provides the Town with an updated framework for land use and public services; Town staff described the document as the product of community input and technical review and said it will guide future zoning and capital projects. The Council's approval finalizes the planning process and directs staff to implement the adopted policies and incorporate the plan into future actions and reviews.
The Council did not record any dissenting votes; the next procedural step is for staff to disseminate the adopted plan and begin any administrative updates required for implementation.
