Fulton County commissioners approve $159,968.15 in payables, payroll and routine CCAP dues

Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve the Jan. 20 account payables totaling $159,968.15; the motion carried unanimously. The meeting record lists fund-level detail: General Fund $140,001.80; Liquid Fuels $7,356.00; SFC Technology Grant $183.59; Law Library $264.02; 911 $392.50; Hazmat $46.04; Domestic Relations $23.45; Capital Projects $2,291.00; Debt Service $6,594.03; Pass-thru Funds $2,815.72.
Commissioner Hann also moved to approve payroll dated Jan. 23, 2026 in the amount of $126,747.73; that motion passed unanimously. Other administrative actions approved included the 2026 County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania (CCAP) Eighth Class dues invoice for $10,323.00; a credit card approval form for Prothonotary Stephanie Sherman; a CCAP PCorP renewal presented by insurance agent Bobby Snyder; and the CCAP PComp second installment invoice for $5,575 toward a total contribution of $22,300.
Services for Children Director Christine McQuade briefed commissioners on a potential hire for a Caseworker II and said she would obtain quotes for a printer and projector. No formal hiring vote was recorded during the meeting minutes.
The board entered executive session for personnel matters (entered 11:22 a.m., exited 11:27 a.m.; re-entered 11:30 a.m., exited 1:10 p.m.) and adjourned at 1:36 p.m.
All motions recorded in the minutes were adopted unanimously by the three commissioners present: Commissioner Randy H. Bunch, Commissioner Hervey P. Hann and Commissioner Steven L. Wible (via telephone).
