LISBURG, Fulton County — Fulton County commissioners on Dec. 9 approved a set of IT and security support contracts, including three addenda to the county Elect IT agreement and an extended maintenance plan with TelePlus.
Nelson Witmer, President/CEO of Elect IT Solutions, presented Addendum A (IT staffing and support services), Addendum B (managed backup services) and Addendum C (IT/cybersecurity awareness and phishing simulations). Commissioners voted to approve all three addenda by motion of Commissioner Hervey P. Hann; the actions were recorded as unanimous.
Separately, commissioners approved a TelePlus Protection System Extended Service Agreement (Silver Maintenance Coverage Plan) in the amount of $14,040.56, effective Jan. 1, 2026 through Dec. 31, 2026. The TelePlus maintenance approval was moved by Commissioner Hervey P. Hann and recorded as carried by all commissioners present.
The meeting record shows two invoices from Conrad Siegel Inc. were approved for payment from pension plan assets: $5,700.00 for actuarial services (July–Dec. 2025) to be paid from the Charles Schwab Pension Account and $3,844.25 for investment advisory services (July 1, 2025–Sept. 30, 2025) to be paid from plan assets. Commissioners approved both payments.
The record does not include details of the specific service-level commitments beyond the addenda descriptions or a timeline for implementation. The TelePlus maintenance agreement is explicitly dated for calendar-year 2026; reasons for choosing the Silver plan were not recorded in the minutes.
