The Fulton County Board of Commissioners on Jan. 13, 2026, unanimously approved and executed the 2025–2030 Franklin/Fulton Grant Agreement #4100101172, designating Franklin County as the single county authority for the Drug & Alcohol Program under the Pennsylvania Department of Drug & Alcohol Programs.
