Agate Fossil Beds, Sioux County plan study for River Road resurfacing

Officials from Agate Fossil Beds National Monument met with the Sioux County Board of Commissioners on Feb. 2 to discuss resurfacing the west end of River Road.
Jay Sturdevant, Superintendent, and Vince Davis, Facility Manager, told the board studies will be conducted in the spring and contracting is expected next summer. The group also discussed whether to adjust the speed limit on that road segment.
