Council discussed requests from the church that the town share costs to separate utilities; the council clarified the town had paid original installation costs and would not pay to separate those utilities.
Council member Anzl Rhodes moved to accept the proposed lot‑line adjustment; Steven Jenkins seconded and the motion carried unanimously. Jed Woodward said secondary water valves will remain on town property and he will work with staff to describe the easement locations for utilities and valves.
The council did not adopt formal cost‑sharing for separating utilities at this meeting; follow‑up action will include defining easement language and locating valves and lines before final recording.
