Mayor Joe Lee called the meeting to order. Council Member Matt Morris moved to approve the published agenda and the Oct. 10 minutes; both motions were seconded and passed with all present voting AYE. Mike Staggs presented several operations items, including authority to advertise and hire a full-time groundskeeper for the city park and approval to repair a Kubota Z-turn mower at a cost of $4,750.00 (Equipment Maint. 01-549-1000). Council Member Nick Rutledge moved to approve the groundskeeper hire; Matt Morris seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
