Commissioners approved account payables dated Jan. 13, 2026 totaling $135,622.38, with the meeting record showing the following fund breakdown: General Fund $66,644.09; Fund 300 (Capital Projects) $64,720.44; 911 Fund $3,874.57; Domestic Relations Fund $291.06; SFC Technology Grant $92.22.
The board approved several vendor invoices, including the CCAP PCoRP second installment for $45,442.00 and an SAP&DC local county/transportation support invoice for $8,598.00. The board also approved a renewal quote for ASPIRE two‑factor authentication services as submitted by Rick Grissinger of Elect IT.
The board approved an Application for Burial Expenses for U.S. Air Force veteran Floyd G. McGinnis (served 1964–1968, Vietnam era), with payment directed to surviving spouse Janet McGinnis. Commissioners also accepted Ronald Richards as the real‑estate agent for property at 119 N. 2nd Street, McConnellsburg, with a 3% commission quote.
On personnel and benefits, the board adopted the 2026 pay scale as presented by HR Administrator Mary Huston and approved a revision to the HR Manual (Section 212) adding an employee health insurance opt‑out payment: effective Jan. 1, 2026, eligible employees waiving county health insurance will receive a pro‑rated payment up to $1,020 per calendar year (paid with the final December payroll or upon resignation), with the waiting period excluded when calculating payment; employees must leave in good standing to receive the payout.
The board approved a revision to the LERTA application to include the requirement: “Inspection by Zoning Officer or Fulton County Planning.” Commissioners also voted to notify organizations to apply for hotel/motel tax funding once the county receives its fourth‑quarter payment.
