The motion carried with all commissioners voting in favor.
On related consent items, Commissioner Steven L. Wible moved to approve an invoice from Elect IT Solutions for IT staffing and support for March 2026 in the amount of $10,198.00 and to approve the third-installment CCAP PComp contribution of $5,575.00 (part of a $22,300.00 total commitment). Both motions passed unanimously.
The board also approved a Report of County Fee for Local Use Funds for submission to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and approved a 2026 Compensation Plan from Services for Children Director Christine McQuade for state submission concerning wage compensation.
