Fulton County commissioners approve reappointments, vendor payments and administrative authorizations; no bids on county property sale

At its Nov. 25 meeting the Fulton County Board of Commissioners approved a series of administrative actions including reappointments, invoice payments and authorizations for county programs.
Commissioner Steven L. Wible moved to approve Conservation District Director reappointment letters for Gene Mellott and Mark Knepper; the motion carried unanimously. The board also recorded a bid opening for the sale of 119 North Second Street, McConnellsburg, and noted that no bids were presented at the opening.
The board approved and executed administrative payments and contracts listed in the minutes: ePayment Now dog license processing ($2,363.50); a William Penn Printing invoice ($4,487.70); an Elect IT Solutions invoice for December IT staffing and support ($9,854.00); and a HART license and support invoice ($11,815.00). Commissioners retroactively approved Chief Clerk Stacey Shives’ electronic execution of Krivak Trust signatory documents related to the Treasurer’s Office transition and retroactively approved a travel request submitted by Chief Clerk Shives. Commissioner Bunch also authorized Interim County Treasurer Amy Bishop to obtain a county credit card for the Treasurer’s Office and approved a CCAP PCoRP final installment contribution of $45,442 toward a total contribution of $151,474.
The board approved a letter authorizing Marty Mettille to serve as Fulton County’s advisor for America250PA events and approved a Wellness Improvement Program grant application requesting $1,769.60 to reimburse drinking water and purchase an AED for a newly purchased county building. The meeting concluded with an Election Board meeting noted in the record and adjournment at 11:45 a.m.
