The board also approved recorded exemptions such as a five‑acre split for Kenny and Kristy Lotton from property owned by Curtis Nelson and an exemption for Grace M. Wilwand Trustee and Alan E. Wilwand Trustee following planning commission endorsements.
Multiple building permits that had planning commission approval were granted over the year: Building Permit 2016‑1 (Todd Semroska), Building Permit 2016‑3 (Coffee & Sons, Inc.), Building Permit 2016‑4 (Kenneth & Kristina Lotton) and Building Permit 2016‑7 (John L. and Debra S. Deganhart). On July 20 the board also approved a proposal from ABC Blinds & Shades for courthouse second‑floor blinds.
All recorded motions to approve these items carried on roll call votes with the three commissioners voting yes per the minutes.
