The board convened at 1:00 p.m. with Commissioners Hal Downer, J.W. Geiser and Josh Skavdahl present and Michelle Zimmerman serving as county clerk. The board referenced the Open Meeting Laws and approved the meeting agenda before taking up the permits.
Commissioner Hal Downer moved to approve a building permit filed by John and Jamie Morse; Commissioner J.W. Geiser seconded. On the roll call, Geiser voted yes; Downer voted yes; Skavdahl voted yes. The motion carried and the permit was approved.
Commissioner J.W. Geiser then moved to approve a building permit filed by Andy and Holly Federle; Commissioner Hal Downer seconded. On the roll call, Downer voted yes; Geiser voted yes; Skavdahl voted yes. The motion carried and that permit was approved as well.
With no further business, the board adjourned at 1:05 p.m. Minutes and signatures show Chairman Josh Skavdahl and County Clerk Michelle Zimmerman attested to the session.
No debate, amendments or conditions on the permits were recorded in the minutes.
