The KILGORE ISD Board of Trustees reconvened in open session on Nov. 10 and took formal action on a level‑3 grievance, voting unanimously to direct the district administration to release a volleyball banner to Tara and Randall Peck. A trustee moved that the board “does not affirm the KISD administration decision and directs admins to release the volleyball banner to Tara and Randall Peck,” and the motion passed 6–0.
Board President (presiding) announced the motion and asked for a second; the board then voted by raised hands. The board directed the KILGORE ISD administration to take the necessary steps to implement the decision immediately.
The chair closed the grievance hearing and recessed at 7:33 p.m.; trustees returned to other agenda items after the action.
