The Bremer County Board of Supervisors on June 11 approved RESOLUTION NO. 24‑43 to accept a minor subdivision plat for Phyllis Ann Lane (Proposed Parcel E), a parcel the resolution describes as 2.14 acres inclusive of approximately 0.13 acres of existing road right‑of‑way.
During a staff presentation, the board met with Lindsey Koehler, Bremer County Building & Zoning Administrator, and others involved in the subdivision request. Supervisor Hildebrandt moved to approve the minor subdivision plat; Supervisor Kammeyer seconded the motion and the board adopted the resolution unanimously.
The resolution includes the legal description in the minutes and directs the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors and the County Auditor to sign the approved plat and resolution. The board recorded no objections in the minutes and there was no separate roll call vote recorded beyond the standard motion/second and unanimous approval notation.
The approved parcel will be recorded per Bremer County platting procedures; applicants or interested parties may view the full resolution text and plat at the county auditor’s office or online at the county resolutions and ordinances portal.
