Fulton County approves five-year lease and IT services contract with Elect IT Solutions

The Fulton County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously on Dec. 23 to approve a five-year office lease with Elect IT Solutions and to contract for IT staffing and support.
Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve the lease for office space at 101 Lincoln Way West in McConnellsburg at $250 per month with no scheduled increases, to take effect when the space is available. The motion passed "all in favor." Commissioners also approved SOW # ETM12042025-001 with Elect IT Solutions for IT staffing and support services.
Elect IT Solutions representatives Rick Grissinger and Nelson Witmer (via Zoom) presented a separate quote for a View Station for the Treasurer's Office. Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to purchase the View Station from Amazon for $784.22; the board approved the purchase unanimously.
These items were handled as part of the commissioners' regular meeting business and were approved without recorded opposition.
