Fulton County commissioners approve minutes, payroll and travel-policy change
Summary
At its Dec. 23 meeting the Fulton County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved minutes, payroll and a revision to HR Manual Section 213 (Travel) requiring advance approval for use of a personal vehicle. The board also approved a CCAP PComp invoice.
Commissioner Randy H. Bunch and Commissioner Hervey P. Hann on Dec. 23 unanimously approved routine administrative items, including meeting minutes, payroll and a revision to the county travel policy.
The board voted to approve the Dec. 16, 2025 Commissioners' Meeting Minutes and the Dec. 16, 2025 Retirement Board Minutes after a motion by Commissioner Randy H. Bunch, and then approved payroll dated Dec. 26, 2025 in the amount of $145,032.44. County fund totals presented at the meeting listed $111,824.17 across multiple funds.
The board also approved a CCAP PComp Contribution first-installment invoice (Invoice No. INVO62458) for $5,575.00 on a motion by Commissioner Bunch.
In personnel business, Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to revise Section 213 of the county HR Manual (Travel). The revised language requires an employee who wants to use a personal vehicle for county business to submit an explanation to the commissioners ahead of time requesting approval. The motion passed unanimously.
The commissioners adjourned at 11:21 a.m.
