Fulton County commissioners voted to approve payables dated Dec. 16, 2025, totaling $281,921.91 and recorded a lineup of personnel actions, including a dismissal in the Domestic Relations Department and authorization to advertise an "Enforcement Officer 1" vacancy.
Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve the payables, which the minutes list by fund: General Fund $214,588.09; SFC Technology Grant $330.26; SFC Evidence Based Practice $142.50; 911 $20,705.31; Domestic Relations $50.54; and Opioid Settlement Funds $46,105.21. The board recorded the motion as approved "All in favor," with the three commissioners present voting yes.
During a department appearance by Domestic Relations Director Tina Gress, Commissioner Hann moved to dismiss a Domestic Relations employee effective Monday, Dec. 8, 2025; that motion also carried with all present concurring. The board then voted to advertise the Enforcement Officer 1 position and to post the vacancy both internally and externally.
A brief Retirement Board meeting was held at 9:15 a.m. to set the employee pension contribution rate; separate minutes for that meeting are on file. The board also briefly entered executive session at 9:36 a.m. for personnel matters and exited at 9:38 a.m.; a later executive session on personnel ran from 10:52 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., both recorded as passed by all present.
