Commissioners also voted to file officials' receipts (County Clerk $3,093.27; Register of Deeds $45,219.95; Clerk of District Court $8,884.19; Surveyor $4,717.50) and to accept the Treasurer's receipts totaling $684,915.21. Commissioner Kevin Swanson moved to approve the Treasurer's receipts and Commissioner Reynolds seconded; the vote was recorded as unanimous.
The minutes itemized vendor claims across multiple county funds and programs, with notable single-line entries including Applied Connective Technologies, $17,583.84; Summit Food Services, $13,131.36; Country Partners Cooperative (fuel), $48,906.85; and Pinnacle Bank petty cash, $53,175.64.
