Cramerton board sets rezoning hearing, approves HVAC budget amendment and minutes

The Town of Cramerton Board of Commissioners approved its consent agenda at the April 1, 2025 workshop, scheduling a public hearing for a conditional rezoning request (RZ25-04 Riverbend at Cramerton) and approving a budget amendment to cover a previously authorized Town Hall HVAC purchase.
Commissioner Scott Kincaid moved to approve the consent agenda; Commissioner Kathy Ramsey seconded and the Board voted unanimously. The public hearing for RZ25-04 is scheduled for the Board’s next meeting on April 15, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.
The consent agenda also included a budget amendment to move funds into the proper account for the HVAC purchase; the purchase amount was stated as $34,860. The Board approved minutes from the Jan. 28, 2025 meeting as part of the consent items.
