Fulton County commissioners approve $205,405 in payables, contract with Pressley Ridge and $270,000 NTIA contribution

FULTON COUNTY, Pa. — The Fulton County Board of Commissioners on Feb. 24 approved $205,405.27 in account payables and a set of contract and invoice actions, including a Purchase of Service agreement with Pressley Ridge and a $270,000 intercounty payment tied to an NTIA project.
Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve the account payables dated Feb. 24, 2026, which the board approved unanimously. The county’s fund-level breakdown in the record showed $118,593.19 in the General Fund and smaller amounts across Liquid Fuels, technology and grant funds, debt service and other funds totaling $205,405.27.
Commissioner Bunch moved to approve and execute a Purchase of Service Agreement between Fulton County and Pressley Ridge (Child Welfare Services), effective Feb. 11, 2026 through June 30, 2026. The motion carried with all members voting in favor.
The board also approved vendor invoices and contributions, including an Elect IT Solutions invoice for March 2026 IT staffing and support services in the amount of $10,198.00 and a CCAP PComp third-installment contribution of $5,575.00 toward a total $22,300 contribution.
Commissioner Bunch moved and the board approved an invoice from Huntingdon County for the remainder of the NTIA Project Contribution, $270,000.00, with $90,000 previously paid. The meeting record shows the motion passed 'All in favor.'
John Schriever of Sideling Hill Financial presented a portfolio review of two Krivak Trust accounts during the meeting and reported that the accounts had gained about $161,000 since he began managing them. The presentation was informational; no board action on the trusts was recorded.
The meeting minutes show unanimous approval for the listed invoices and agreements; no roll-call tallies were recorded beyond the notation "All in favor."
