Fulton County commissioners approve minutes, payroll and a slate of administrative items

Fulton County commissioners on Dec. 23 unanimously approved routine meeting minutes, county payroll and several administrative items, including a revision to the county human resources travel policy.
Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve the Dec. 16, 2025 Commissioners' Meeting minutes and the Dec. 16, 2025 Retirement Board minutes; both motions passed without objection. The board recorded fund disbursements across county accounts totaling $111,824.17 and approved payroll dated Dec. 26, 2025 in the amount of $145,032.44 on a motion by Commissioner Hervey P. Hann.
On financial items the board approved CCAP PComp Contribution 1st Installment Invoice No. INVO62458 for $5,575.00. Commissioner Hann also moved and the board approved a revision to HR Manual Section 213, 'Travel,' requiring that "should an employee wish to use their own vehicle, they will need to submit to the Commissioners ahead of time for approval explaining why they are requesting the use of their own vehicle." The change was adopted unanimously.
The meeting record shows no dissent and lists the actions as routine, with no additional follow-up required in the minutes.
