Councilor Randolph and others asked about item 20 (a proposed conveyance) and administration requested item 20 be pulled from the Monday agenda for later consideration; the conveyance-related resolution will be returned at a future meeting.
The settlement with Cave Enterprises — described in the agenda materials as a $20,000 payment to the city pursuant to a settlement agreement — was presented as a consent item; no substantive discussion of the underlying litigation occurred during the preview. The council will take these consent items up at the full Monday meeting unless items are pulled for further discussion.
