Susan Shannon provided background on Contract 25-159, which lists event dates for Jan. 15–17, 2026; Jan. 14–16, 2027; and Jan. 13–15, 2028, with an option to review and renew for Jan. 11–13, 2029, and Jan. 10–12, 2030.
Chairman Jim Larson spoke after the background presentation. The work session minutes record the presentation of the contract and the dates and renewal options; the minutes do not record a formal vote or final approval during the work session.
