Superintendent Dr. Cindy Wigley presented the agenda and the personnel item. Wigley recommended the board approve the Sept. 24, 2025, agenda; board member Terry Kennamer moved to approve, and Tony Simmons seconded. The motion carried unanimously.
On personnel business, Wigley recommended the board accept the resignation and retirement notices listed in the packet. The item named Autumn Alexander, counselor at Brindlee Mountain Primary School, with a resignation effective Oct. 24, 2025. Laura Byars moved to accept the resignation; Kennamer seconded. The board voted unanimously to approve the personnel action.
Following the personnel vote, Wigley recommended adjourning the meeting. Tony Simmons moved to adjourn; Kennamer seconded, and the motion passed unanimously.
