Cleburne County school board approves consent agenda, monthly financial reports

Board members voted to accept the November financial statement and bank reconciliation, and to ratify December check numbers 59331–59356 and associated statement entries. Jay Grubbs made the motion to approve the consent agenda and Tracy McMahan seconded; the motion passed with all members present voting in favor.
The action clears routine administrative items from the board docket and allows staff to proceed with standard financial and operational tasks. The board recorded a quorum for the meeting; one member, Chad Smith, was absent.
The board’s next regular meeting was scheduled for Feb. 2, 2026 at the Central Office.
