After testing, staff found the 4‑10’s stamp too light and could not adjust placement, so the county returned the more expensive unit and decided to replace it with a second 2‑10 model and to sign the associated maintenance agreements. Commissioners moved and approved signature of the purchase and the maintenance agreements by voice vote.
