The board then approved a second final plat (Vicks Wintercrest), a two‑lot subdivision off South Wintercrest Drive, after staff said the 17 prior conditions of approval had been met.
Staff then presented final resolution number 1049T, describing text additions and amendments to CALERS; legal notice had been published and no public comments were received during the notice period. Commissioners moved to adopt the resolution and the motion carried on voice vote.
No public testimony or amendments were offered during the motions; record shows both final plats and the CALERS resolution were adopted as presented.
