Council hears training and staff reports, schedules cemetery fence bid and approves bills

Planning & Zoning/Cemetery staff reported that the cemetery fence project will be put out for bid in March. Parks & Recreation and Economic Development staff announced town events: Circleville Town’s birthday on Monday, March 23, and the Circleville Easter egg hunt on March 28.
Council Member Shane Robinson moved to approve the bills and the budget variance and to adjourn the meeting; Council Member Shirl Fox seconded. The motion passed unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
