Cramerton code officer shows before-and-after repairs in minimum housing update

Parks said the complaints identified issues including peeling paint, damaged fascia boards and missing siding. He showed before-and-after photos of the properties and displayed the letters and other correspondence town staff sent to property owners during the enforcement process. According to Parks, staff have been working with owners to address and resolve the issues shown.
No new citations, fines, or further enforcement actions were announced during the workshop; Parks’ presentation focused on resolved repairs and documentation of the enforcement steps taken.
