Cramerton commissioners approve annexation, speed-hump purchases and advisory-board subcommittees

The board approved the voluntary annexation request AN24-01 (Vistas at Cramerton), a petition from Bowman Development and INAARA, Inc. to annex roughly 0.585 acres on Hamrick Road that is contiguous to town limits and currently in the extraterritorial jurisdiction with a conditional zoning (CZ) designation. Assistant Town Manager Josh Watkins presented the request; Commissioner Scott Kincaid moved approval and Commissioner Jennifer Ramsey seconded. The public hearing was opened and closed with no public comment.
