Commissioner Scott Kincaid moved to approve the RiverLink Greenway Project Budget Ordinance Revision; Commissioner Jennifer Ramsey seconded. The motion passed with four votes in favor and one opposed (Abernathy).
The decision authorizes the revised budget allocation for the segment; Watkins said the town’s share could be reduced if the town secures further grant funding. The board did not adopt a revised schedule for grant pursuit or detailed phasing during the meeting.
