Jessica Jackson cited an Illinois statutory reference in arguing that heirs have a right to occupy probate property and asked the sheriff’s office to investigate what she described as a fraudulent case number on her property’s door. The chair reminded speakers the meeting’s business focus was transportation and warned that persistent deviations from the agenda could result in a loss of permission to speak at committee meetings.
